Welcome to the spring semester! We start training Monday Feb. 7th noon to 1pm in the Field house. Regular training times will be Mon/Wed/Fri noon to 1pm unless otherwise noted on the schedule outside the Field house doors.
If you haven't already done so, please sign up at Gracie University and watch the intro and first lesson.
